If, after viewing, you wish to rent one of our available properties, you will need to fill in one of our Application Forms. All applications are accepted on a “first come, first served” basis, subject to the landlord’s discretion.
As a guide, your annual income (excluding overtime), must exceed 30 times your monthly rent. For example, if your desired property is £450pcm, your income must exceed £13,500 per year.
All of our properties (unless we notify you otherwise) are let on Assured Shorthold Tenancies for a minimum of six months or 1 year.
No pets – without prior consent of the landlord.
Lettings will not normally be granted to Tenants under 25 years of age.
Tenants and guarantors are unlikely to be accepted with undischarged County Court Judgements, Bankruptcy Orders, or Individual Voluntary Agreements (IVAs)
With Housing Benefit and Universal Credit being paid in arrears, it is important that Tenants realise that, regardless of when they receive the benefit, the rent must be paid in full on the due date.
Tenants, unless notified otherwise are responsible for Council Tax, Water Rates, Gas, Electricity and Telephone charges.
No multi-lets or sub-lettings
